Field of the Invention The present invention relates to mountings and particularly although not exclusively to roof mountings for solar panels, solar arrays and the like. Background to the Invention Roof mounted solar panels for domestic or commercial buildings are known in the art. Solar panels can be of various types including photovoltaic cell panels which convert incident sunlight directly into electricity, or thermal collectors comprising arrays of evacuated tubes, which heat a fluid which is passed through a domestic hot water store where heat is transferred to a domestic hot water supply. Each of these known types of solar panel generally comprise a flat panel structure which is mounted facing into the sun, typically at an angle to the horizontal. Typical solar panel dimensions can be in the range of area approximately 1.5 x 2.5 meters2, and depth 5 to 12cm.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a solar panel arrangement and a method for controlling a solar panel. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The effect of a fixed solar panel is limited. Therefore solar tracking is also used which means that the solar panel is turned to follow the sun. Solar tracking typically requires a complicated and cumbersome structure for the arrangement. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a new solution. The objects of the invention are achieved by what is stated in the independent claims. The preferred embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.

The present invention refers to a solar panel, particularly to a solar panel for sanitary hot water. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Solar energy is a resource that is increasingly used thanks to its environmental advantages. Currently used solar panels have a structure formed by an closure-like external carcass, a solar glass on which solar radiation is projected, an absorber placed against said solar glass that absorbs energy from the solar radiation, an insulator to minimise the heat losses placed adjacent to said absorber and a cover placed in the opposite position to said solar glass. These conventional solar panels have different drawbacks: Firstly, it is necessary the panels to be vented to reduce the formation of internal condensation. The panel ventilation implies an energy loss and possible source of internal dirt.

Solar energy utilization is in present days widely used and increasingly popular.

Therefore, a solar panel module disposed in a stationary manner would suffer from low power generating efficiency because sunlight does not enter the solar panel perpendicularly at most of time. Summary of the Invention This in mind, the present invention aims at providing a solar panel module having a solar panel with high heat dissipating efficiency and an adjustable tilt angle. This is achieved by a solar panel module according to the pre-characterizing clause of claim 1. The dependent claims pertain to corresponding further developments and improvements. As will be seen more clearly from the detailed description following below, the claimed solar panel module includes a solar panel, a supporting stand and a deflecting device. The supporting stand is structurally connected to the solar panel for supporting the solar panel. The solar panel is disposed inclinedly, and the solar panel has a tilt angle with respect to a horizontal plane.

The solar power plant described may also be referred to as a solar power plant system, such a as a solar power plant park system (may also be referred to as a system 100). Referring to Figures 1 and 2 , said system 100 may comprise one or more solar panel structures. One or more solar panel structures may comprise one or more solar panels. Field of the Invention The present disclosure relates to a solar panel, and more particularly to a solar panel configured so that as many solar cells as possible can be arranged without any gaps within a certain limited area. 2. Description of Related Art In order to achieve carbon neutrality, attempts are being made to install solar panels on the roofs or the like of vehicles such as automobiles or other moving bodies, and to use the solar energy obtained thereby to drive the vehicles. When installing a solar panel on the roof or the like of such a moving body, the area in which the solar panel can be disposed is limited. In order to collect as much solar energy as possible in a certain limited area to obtain an amount of power generation, various proposals have been made on configurations that enable as many solar cells as possible to be arranged without gaps in the panel.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a solar panel unit including a solar panel and an actuator unit for driving the solar panel. BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a solar panel unit including a solar panel and an actuator unit for driving the solar panel has been known. Driving the actuator unit of this solar panel unit such that a light-receiving surface of the solar panel tracks the movement of the sun increases the amount of sunlight that the solar panel receives and results in an increase in power generated by the solar panel. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a solar panel unit of this type. The solar panel unit of Patent Document 1 includes a heat-receiving tank constituted by a sealed container filled with a hydraulic fluid and an actuator unit activated by a pressure of the hydraulic fluid expanding in the heat-receiving tank due to reception of radiant heat of sunlight.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a solar-tracking solar panel unit, particularly to measures to reduce power consumption of the solar panel unit. BACKGROUND ART Solar-tracking solar panel units have been known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a solar panel unit including solar panels, and a driver having an electric motor. The solar panels of the solar panel unit rotate to receive the sunlight incident at a right angle on the solar panels. This can increase the sunlight received by the solar panels, and can increase power generated by the solar panels. CITATION LIST PATENT DOCUMENT [Patent Document 1] Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-324210 JP2003324210A SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION TECHNICAL PROBLEM In the known solar-tracking solar panel unit, an angle of the solar panel may be misaligned from an intended angle when a large external force is exerted on the solar panel, e.g., by strong wind.

In the unit solar panel, a solar cell module may be mounted on a flexible substrate or a solar cell module may be mounted on a solid substrate. In the abovementioned aspects, the solar panel is attached to the lamp tube using the tubular base holder, but it is possible to attach the solar panel to the lamp tube without using the tubular base holder by producing the solar panel itself in a tube shape.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a solar panel cleaning device and a solar panel cleaning method through the use of the solar panel cleaning device. DESCRIPTION OF THE BACKGROUND ART A solar panel used for solar power generation is generally installed on a rooftop and for this reason, it is likely to be subjected to atmospheric dirt. Many types of technology have been proposed to clean solar panels. In recent years, there has been a sudden increase, in number, of large-scale solar power plants called "mega solar." With such a sudden increase, various sorts of research have been conducted for how to effectively clean a large number of solar panels, and as a result, many types of solar panel cleaning technology have been developed.

The present invention relates to a solar panel heat-dissipating device for adjusting temperature of a solar panel and a related solar panel module according to the pre-characterizing clauses of claims 1 and 10. A solar panel can be disposed on the housetop of the building for transforming solar energy of the sunlight received by the solar panel into electrical energy. When the conventional solar panel tile is under sunlight, the solar panel will continuously transform the solar energy into the electrical energy. However, when the conventional solar panel tile is under long-term sunlight, the temperature of the entire solar panels might rise up to exceed the best working temperature due to continuation of generating electricity. Generally, the best working temperature of the conventional solar panel tile is between 25°C to 55°C , but the working temperature of the conventional solar panel tile will rise up to more than 75 °C under long-term sunlight.

As an example, the user may align the at least one solar panel such that its photo-sensitive surface face the sun to maximize collection of the solar energy by the at least one solar panel. As another example, the user may align the at least one solar panel in a direction of the wind. The technical effect of this is that the user can remotely manipulate the given angle of the at least one solar panel with respect to the ground surface, resulting in best harnessing the solar energy, in providing stability of the solar panel device, and in enhancing performance of the solar panel device.
